Study Schedule - Romans Chapter 9
John Piper describes Romans 9 as “like a tiger going about devouring free-willers like me."
He cites this chapter as causing “the end of my love affair with human autonomy and the ultimate self-determination of my will…and the beginning of a lifelong passion to see and savor the supremacy of God in absolutely everything.” This week we will delve into one of the deepest texts in Scripture. One that could be quite divisive, as it is a primary text on the topic of “Election”, or God’s pre-selecting those whom He will save. While Piper took 14 weeks to cover this one chapter, Henry will have 25 minutes to whet our appetites for further in-depth study on our own (as it should be). Pray that the Holy Spirit will continue to reveal His Truth to us.

How was God’s power displayed and His name proclaimed in all the earth by hardening Pharaoh’s heart? |
