News

John Piper describes Romans 9 as “like a tiger going about devouring free-willers like me."

He cites this chapter as causing “the end of my love affair with human autonomy and the ultimate self-determination of my will…and the beginning of a lifelong passion to see and savor the supremacy of God in absolutely everything.” This week we will delve into one of the deepest texts in Scripture.  One that could be quite divisive, as it is a primary text on the topic of “Election”, or God’s pre-selecting those whom He will save. While Piper took 14 weeks to cover this one chapter, Henry will have 25 minutes to whet our appetites for further in-depth study on our own (as it should be).Pray that the Holy Spirit will continue to reveal His Truth to us.

Mission

To join with other men from the North Shore of Milwaukee who choose to follow Jesus Christ in obedience to His call to serve Him, honor Him, learn of Him and share His message of grace with other men.

Current Study Program

A formal bible study is conducted each week that focuses on Biblical truth and how these truths may be applied to daily living in the market place. Men gather in large and small groups to interact around the studies that are presented by a lay member-leader.

On-Line Prayer Team

Men from Faithwalkers volunteer to respond to specific prayer needs communicated through internet systems. A team of more than seventy men is committed to being able to receive electronic messages that seek prayer support around a specific request.
